Slackers don't really have tight set of rules and mostly being part of this guild only requires some common sense, respect of other people and an open mind. However, since we are a bunch of people that come from different countries, different backgrounds and are of various ages we have felt that there are few especially important things that everyone should keep in mind.

Our membership consists of players with various different needs, game experience and goals. Hence it is important not to belittle anyone for the lack of knowledge on certain aspects of game, for their gear or even for their performance/skills. Rather we value people who are willing to share their knowledge and help those with less experience or as is often the case time to read and learn about the game. However, we expect that you learn as much as you can, and don't just expect others to tell you what to do where to go for gear what enchants to get etc.

We are not a HC raiding guild but we do raid and when we do we wish to do it to the best of our abilities. Even if your gear is not the best possible you can still affect the way the raid goes by coming prepared being in time listening to instructions and concentrating during the fights. Gear and skills are often pehasised but we shouldn't forget the importance of concentrating and effort. No amount of gear and skills will save the raid if people are not concentrating or are slacking unnecessarily and at wrong times. Gear also is something that will come to you naturally if you raid and to some extent so are skills. Effort is up to you only! We do however understand that everyone has off nights so don't be afraid to screw up,...we all do it...some (like me) more than others :D

Perhaps even more important is patience. We are going to wipe...a lot. Wiping is part of the raiding experience and it's important you set your mind to accepting that from the beginning on. We are going to wipe...some nights we are going to wipe and wipe and wipe. Don't let the negativity tkae over since more often than not negative atmosphere is going to make us wipe more. any guild as any individual has good and bad nights. Some nights we spend wiping and not even killing one boss. Others it feels like we're lying through the content. Accepting this is crucial!

We try to discourage "loot whoring". Guilds success is up to it as a whole not up to individual players. Please keep this in mind when thinking about what loot you need and what is not THAT important.

In short: be relaxed, be nice and enjoy the game. Contribute to the common progress and success but don't take it too seriously...after all this is just a game :D
